Once we send you a registration key the software becomes yours and is non-refundable. We will be glad to refund you the purchase price if you inform us that you would like a refund prior to us sending you a registration key. We will also refund your purchase price if you want to purchase an My ICE Plan  edition that cost more. This will have to take place within 14 days of the original purchase of the lesser cost product.
