To delete an item record, highlight it in the list and select the delete button or press the Delete key. You will be prompted to make sure you want to delete the record. Once deleted it can not be un-deleted.

Note: When deleting an item record you should first delete the associated images and movie files unless you want to keep those images and movies.

1. Otherwise open the form of the item you want to delete then hit the more items tab, delete any extra images you have on record for the item.
2. Then from the item data tab delete the image file and movie file using the delete image / movie buttons. Doing this will delete all associated image files.
3. Once done save the record and then delete the item record from the items list to finally delete the item from the database. Once deleted it can not be un-deleted.
