To Edit a Retailer, highlight the
desired retailer record and hit the Edit button or double click on the record.
List-it! will open the form for editing. Once you have completed your
changes hit the Save button.
To Delete a Retailer - select the desired retailer
record and hit the Delete button or hit the Delete key. You will be prompt to
insure you want to delete the highlighted record. Once deleted in can not be
un-deleted.
NOTE : If there are items in your
inventory that have the retailer you want to delete in its data field as the place
of purchase (retailer) then you will not be able to delete the retailer record until you
go into the Items list and change the items Retailer field to either another
retailer or leave it blank. Once all of the references have been changed then
you can delete the Retailer record.
