The File menu is where you can setup your printer, select to Import or Export data. You can also Restore from a back up file after importing or delete a backup file if satisfied with your import. This is further explained, see Importing or Exporting Explained. You can also View Archived Items from the File menu.

Printer...

Although My ICE Plan will Automatically see your default printer and use it when printing you can pint to another printer from My ICE Plan without changing your default printer in Windows by simply changing your printer selection here. This will allow printing to another printer without changing your default printer. This is useful because your other programs will continue to use your default printer and My ICE Plan will use the one you selected with My ICE Plan This is also handy of you want to print to a pdf driver and create PDF files which can be used for backup also.
