Use the Generic room list when selecting rooms to add
to a location. (Note:You do not have to use room names from this list.) It is
available though for ease of adding rooms to a location. You can add, edit or
delete rooms to this list. The list can be access while adding rooms to a
location or from the Update Pick List menu.
