Each item in your inventory can
have mulitple notes and tasks assigned to it. Example: You need to repair or
refurbish an item. Just make a note of it in the Item record. It will then be
assgined to that particular item and also be listed on the general notes / task
pad as well. Using the Options tab on the Setup form you can set your
notes and task to display each time you start My ICE Plan. See

The General notes and task list. Notice how the item name is attached to this
item note. This makes it easy to distinguish your notes / tasks from each item
or a note you made for just general purposes. Also notice that you sort this
list to only show notes on items only.
