Although using a mouse is the best option when using any software there are shortcut keys available. Also keep in mind that the tab key can be used to navigate the software as well. The Toolbar has most used commands. The Toolbar is shown by default. You can turn it on or off as you see fit.

Each option has a underscore ( _ ) under one of the letters. This indicates that the letter used in combination with the ALT key can be used to access that selection. This holds true throughout the rest of the software. Where ever you see a letter with a line under it (underscore) you can use the ALT key plus that letter as a shortcut. Example: ALT+F will show the File menu.
