Medical / Insurance Data

Enter you medical insurance data in the Name, Policy and other fields. Also use the Notes section to describe any medical conditions. Use the Medical cards section to briefly describe any medical conditions anyone in your family may have. Use the Print Wallet Cards button to print wallet cards. Wallet cards also contain the name and addresses of each meeting place. See Wallet Cards for more info.
