Either from
the item list or the item record form
press the printer icon and the item record will be
printed. Feature: from the Print Preview window you can
elect to save the record to text file or a Windows Meta File (*.wmf). If saved
to a wmf file you can then have a picture if there was one included in the
record. You can use this feature to email a single record as a windows meta file
or a text file.
