Searching

Using the Search button from each list you will be able to do either advance searches and simple text searches. You can also use a feature called Find-it! on some of the lesser detailed data files such as the pick lists. It is a fast text only search. Text searches allow either partial or full word text searches. The advance search allows Boolean (and or) searches and logical in debt searches as well. Simple search will search All (and only) text fields. Type in a full or partial word. To search related files at the same time check the Text Search on All Related Files box. Example you are searching your inventory (items) and you want to also include any data that may be on the file which stores any extra images on a item (the images file) then that file will also be searched at the same time.
