Find-it! is a basic yet fast text search and is mainly used for lesser detailed data files, such as the Pick Lists and the Agency list to mention a few.

Type the text (keyword) full or partial text into the Find-it! field, check the box that says "Include description" (or it might say notes or comments) and hit the Find-it! button. Find-it! will search every text field in the list and display the results in the current list. You can then work with those records as would normally. Hit the Reset button to reset the query and view all records again. To search all fields except the " Description " field uncheck the "Include Description" c heck box.
