The toolbar can be hidden if desired. Select Setup and from the setup menu you can hide the toolbar. You can also hide the text labels on the toolbar. There is also an option to hide the text labels for all buttons throughout the program.

The buttons are:

Sel Loc: use to inventory using a specific Location (a single property address)
All Loc's: use to inventory / work with all locations (properties) and their inventory
TreeView: will display the inventory in a tree (explorer) like pattern
Ins Policy: will allow you to work with the inventory by specific insurance policy
Edit Loc: will let you add locations and rooms to each location as well as movies. This is one of the pick lists.
Edit Ins: is a pick list for insurance companies. This is where you can add and delete insurance companies
To Do's: brings up the To Do list and Notes
Contacts: brings up the contacts database
Pets: work with the Pets database
Agencies: get info and federal, state and local disaster agencies. You can add more if desired.
FEPA: work with the Family Emergency Plan A (disaster planing)
FEPB: work with the Family Emergency Plan B (disaster planing)
Loc Cost: a quick cost report by location
Reports: displays the a list of pre-made reports in a control panel form. Just press a button to run a report
Img Pgm: start your graphic / photo editor
Movies: start the movie (media) player.
Styles: display the styles list - pick a style and apply to change the appearance of My ICE Plan
Setup: use to set a default location, insurance company and other program options.
