Spreadsheet View & Working with lists

Clicking each tab (or the column header when using the Spreadsheet View) will sort the records by that tab or column; Example: clicking categories tab or column will sort the list by item categories alphabetically.

To change the appearance of the list right click in the list and use the Xplore features from the menu to change the list such as line height, filters, hide and unhide columns. You can also move columns left or right by dragging the column header. Click on the header and hold while dragging then release the mouse when you want to drop the column in a new location.

Double click on a record to view it or Right Click in the list which will display another menu with options to add a new record, change a record, delete a record, print and enlarge the image if there is an image on file.

Search the inventory by using the Search feature. You can also filter the list be right clicking in a column then select Filter.

You can use the auto scroll feature to quickly scroll to a record. To do so, click in the list and start typing. Example: First click on a tab to sort the list by the sort you would like to work with. Then to auto scroll just start typing the name and as you type the cursor will move to the closet match or the record you are looking for. U se the back space key to clear your previous search. You can tell when there is a previous search by looking at the Jump To field on the bottom of the list. Using the backspace key will clear this field. Additionally you can type in that field and hit the tab key which also brings you to the first record .
