Copy (duplicate a record)

Copy (duplicating) a record is easy. Highlight a record to copy then use the Copy button on the items list. This will duplicate the record with some exceptions. When you duplicate a record you will see the following message. Hit OK at this window and a new record form will open with the data from the record being duplicated. Make any edits to the new duplicated record if needed and then save the record.
