Inventory Using...Menu
Note : All data entry forms
and data lists have the same buttons throughout. Therefore
you can quickly become familiar with the buttons and learn what they are used
for. All lists operate basically the same way. All buttons on each list
are used for the same procedures, so becoming familiar with the software
is easy.
Creating an
Inventory
There are four
ways to work with your inventory. All lists accomplish the same thing (create an
inventory) but using a different view. Inventory your items
using anyone of these lists: (all lists use the
same item data entry
form ).

Inventory by
Location - Select a specific location
to inventory, this will allow for the same location name to be automatically
entered for you.

- Inventory by insurance
company -
Select a specific insurance company to work
with.

TreeView -
View and enter your items using a explorer type tree. Also
great for re-assigning multiple items from one location, category, or insurance carrier. Also
drag and drop single items.
Other
lists
Lost Items List - Create loss reports and
mark items as a loss.
Pets - Use to list
your pets and plan emergency care for
them.
