(Note: you may have to close any open windows and re-open them in order to use the new selection if done on the fly)
    •  Use the Other Options tab to tell My ICE Plan where you keep most of your images and movie files.
    • Archiving is the process of moving records of items (and any item images and movies files) that you no longer own from one database file to another so as to keep your current and active database with only those item records that you do own.

    • You can use My ICE Plan to help you create that plan. List crucial meeting places and evacuation locations as well as where to take pets if a disaster should strike. Create wallet cards to carry for reference of those places as well as medical data. Keep unlimited images of important documents, maps, and movies telling your family members what to do when a disaster should strike. It's easy to create the plan with My ICE Plan!

    • The Emergency Agencies list is a brief list of some Federal and State Emergency agencies / help centers. It is provided as a convenient tool to help in case of a extreme disaster such as a hurricane, tornado, earthquake and the like.
